Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Tango Tango, you will be responsible for the engagement, satisfaction, and retention of 300+ SaaS customers in the United States. These customers will primarily consist of police officers, firefighters, and emergency services personnel; however, you may also interact with manufacturers, utility workers, and school resource officers among others. Ultimately, your focus will be to ensure that these customers utilize our products and services as an integral part of their daily operations and know that we are always there to serve their teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop positive, long-term relationships with assigned customers by serving as the primary POC for all account management matters
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot customer engagement with Tango Tango’s products and services
  • Manage and grow the recurring revenue base of assigned customers to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborate with the Tango Tango team to ensure adequate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Enhance knowledge of the industry by pursuing professional development andnetworking opportunities

What you should already have:

  • Little (or a lot of) successful experience working in account management or sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that drives you to formulate and implement creative solutions in response to unique challenges and obstacles
  • Self-motivated desire to be the best as an individual and a team
  • Natural comfort with and knack for using technology – specifically with online communication tools and CRM platforms
  • Organizational aptitude for developing relationships with hundreds of customers by paying attention to the small details that impact each customer while keeping an eye on the bigger picture of success that impacts Tango Tango
