If you haven’t already, download the Tango Tango app and log in using the phone number associated with your account.

Watch Tutorial
Before installing the radio integration hardware, watch a two minute tutorial of what steps you will need to take in order to complete setup.
Hardware Installation Instructions
Remember to choose a location that has both good cellular service and good connectivity to your radio network before installing the radio integration hardware.
STEP 3
Power On
Plug the radio integration kit into the wall and let it power up.
Leave all hardware in the case.
Ensure the power strip is switched on.
Extend the antena on the Cradlepoint.
STEP 4
Call Support
Contact us at 1-888-826-4607 between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm CST.
Have the donor radio and charger ready for setup.
Confirm the donor radio is not set to “scanning”.
Have a second radio available for testing.
STEP 5
Start Talking
Receive and respond to your radio traffic over your smartphone.
Manage users through the admin portal any time.
Create unlimited off-radio talk groups as needed.

How long will the support call take?
It should take around 10 minutes to complete the setup call.
What if I am unable to call during the hours listed?
You can contact support by phone at 1-888-826-4607 or email at support@tangoptt.com to request a setup call outside of office hours.
Do I have to call support in order to complete setup?
Yes. You will not be able to receive and respond to radio traffic until you call support to complete setup.
What happens during the support call?
We ensure the radio integration equipment is configured properly by testing your connection, adjusting your audio levels, and adding approved users to the radio channel.
Should I have the donor radio connected before I call support?
No. Please keep the donor radio unconnected and powered off until we instruct you to do otherwise.
