24/7 support is available for system-level problems impacting multiple users such as a system outage or problem with a traditional two-way radio integration and similar major issues.
Service requests that only affect one user and are routine (help logging in, user got a new phone) will be handled when we are back to normal business hours Mon-Fri 8-5. Please check out our User Guides if you have an issue like this afterhours.
