Code blue to code gray. State-to-state, building-to-building.. One app and one network keeps care teams on the same channel — on the phones and radios they already carry.

Four situations we hear about from hospital operations and clinic directors every week — and how Tango Tango fits.
Use cellular or WiFi to cover gaps in your radio coverage — schools, large buildings, or rural stretches.
Stay on comms without lugging a radio around. Monitor traffic en route to work or after-hours callouts.
Mutual aid across different radio systems. Sheriff in the next county gets on your channel in a minute.
When the radio tower goes down, keep talking. A second network that doesn't share failure modes with LMR.

Nursing, security, EVS, transport, facilities — each on their own channel, but one tap away when something needs to cross. Works across every building on the campus and every clinic across town.
Security stays on security. EVS stays on EVS. Nobody's talking over anybody, and nobody misses traffic meant for their team.
Building-to-building or even EMT to ER — same channels, same network. Monitor traffic anywhere, talk to anyone in any location at any time.
Bridge in-house two-way radios, desk phones, or an outside line when coordination reaches past the campus.

Warehouses, multi-floor buildings, parking decks — the spots where radios struggle are where cellular and WiFi carry the call.
Everyone has the device right for them but stays on the same voice channels together.
Cellular, WiFi, even Starlink. If there's a network, your team is on the air.
No towers to permit, no licenses to renew. Plug in your phones and go.

Hear from agencies across the United States.
Tango Tango Interoperability is a must in rural Georgia. Many cases cross jurisdictional boundaries and we all have different radio systems. We've greatly improved response and officer safety. We can communicate in a minute's notice.

Straight answers to what hospital and clinic leaders ask before they try us.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Every call is carried with bank-grade encryption, and access is controlled by role so sensitive channels stay in the hands of credentialed staff. We're not formally certified as a HIPAA-covered service — talk to us first and we'll walk through what fits your privacy policy and BAA requirements.
Does this replace our pagers or overhead paging?
It can, but it doesn't have to. Most facilities run Tango Tango alongside their existing pagers during rollout, then retire them as teams get comfortable. Overhead paging usually stays for public announcements even after tactical paging moves to the app.
How long does rollout take?
Most facilities are live within days. Staff install the app, get added to the channels that match their role, and start using it on shift. IT involvement is minimal — no on-prem hardware, no VPN, no PBX configuration.
Are calls recorded, and who owns the recordings?
Recording is optional and configurable per channel. Default retention is 30 days; that can be extended to 365. Recordings belong to your facility and can be exported for QI review or litigation holds. Once they age out, they're nonrecoverable.
What happens when staff leave or lose a device?
Admins can remove a user from the web portal in seconds — their app stops working immediately and they lose access to channels. Same for a lost or stolen phone. The department keeps all history tied to the account, not the person.
Can this come out of operational budget, or do we need capital funding?
The platform is a monthly per-user subscription, so it lives in opex. LTE Radio hardware is on a 3-year service agreement that bundles hardware, connectivity, repairs, and refresh into one operational bill — no capital purchase required.
