When will I hear from a Rep?

If it's between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, you might hear from someone within a few minutes or a couple of hours. If it's afterhours or the weekend, it will often be the next business day.

What will I talk about with a Rep?

If you're connecting Tango Tango to a radio system, the big questions are around your existing radios and making sure that we send you the compatible hardware to integrate them

Beyond that, we are here to answer your questions and help you explore how push-to-talk software might help your team.

What products can only be purchased through a rep?

1) Radio Integration - we need to work with you to make sure we provide the proper integration hardware
2) Multi-year contracts - our online store only supports no commitment purchases, to sign a multi-year agreement and receive discounts for doing so, we have to put you in touch with a Rep.
3) +500 Employee Business Unlimited Plans - Because 500+ employee businesses are so vastly different in scale & use case, we design a plan especially around you if you're a larger business rather than try to fit you into a "One Size Fits All" offering.

 How many users can I bring online during a trial?

By default, our trials default to 200 users on your account. If you need more than this, contact our Support team or your Sales Rep.
