Is the trial really free? What's the catch?
No catch. 30 days, no credit card, no auto-billing. At the end of the trial, if it's working, pick a plan. If it isn't, the trial just ends.
How many users can I put on the trial?
Unlimited. The trial is the same as the paid product — put your whole shift, your whole department, or your whole mutual-aid group on it.
Who's going to call me, and about what?
A Tango Tango specialist. The call is about your setup — devices, current radio system, what you're trying to solve. Usually 15 minutes.
Do I need any hardware to try it?
The trial runs on phones and browsers your team already has. But, if you want to integrate an existing two-way radio system, you'll need a spare portable or mobile radio to connect to our radio integration kit — otherwise, no hardware needed.
How long until we're on the air?
If you're not integrating an existing two-way radio system, you'll be on the air the same day as our call. If you are integrating a radio system, usually within a few business days.
