Does the LTE radio include cellular service?
Yes. Every LTE radio ships with a multi-carrier SIM that roams between US carriers, plus the Tango Tango app and the hardware itself — all in one price. The only additional requirement is someone to talk to, so make sure you're either buying multiple radios or you're part of an organization that already has a Tango Tango plan.
What if an LTE radio isn't right for us?
Every LTE radio comes with a no-hassle 30-day return period. Cancel within 30 days and receive a full refund — no restocking fees.
How do repairs and replacements work?
Wear-and-tear repair and replacement is covered — whether it's small (replacing a knob) or large (replacing the whole unit). Not covered: lost radios, or radios with clear physical damage from burning, submersion, being crushed, etc. USA-based technicians handle everything.
What happens after the 3-year agreement?
At year 4 you have a choice: continue at $299/yr with no commitment, or sign a new 3-year agreement and receive a brand-new radio. Users on the no-commitment $399/yr plan automatically receive a new radio at the start of year 4 when they pay their annual bill.
Does FirstNet work with these radios?
