Will I be billed when I start a trial?
No you won't be billed at the start of the the trial, you will only be billed if you reach the end of your 30-day trial without cancelling.
Why do I need to work with a rep to do a 3-year agreement or radio integration?
To do a multi-year agreement with us, we have to work with you directly because our payment partner, Stripe, doesn't support multi-year paid-over-time contracts. For radio integration, we need to ask some questions about your radio system to ensure we send you the right radio integration hardware.
I started an online trial but want to switch to a 3-year agreement to save more - can I do that?
Absolutely, happens all the time. Just Contact Us and we will get you setup.
I'm not government, can I buy these plans?
These plans are only for government agencies & public safety organizations like EMS companies and volunteer fire. So LTE Radios include LTE service and everything I need?
Yes! Our LTE Radios include a Multi-Carrier SIM card that roams between multiple USA-based LTE carriers. Also, the Tango Tango app and the device are all included for one price. The only extra thing you need is someone to talk with - so make sure that you are either buying multiple radios or that you are part of an organization with a Tango Tango app plan.
If I decide an LTE Radio isn't for me, can I return it?
Yes, all LTE Radios come with a no-hassle 30-day return period during which you can cancel your service & receive a full refund.
How do free repairs & replacements work?
Your radio is covered for all wear-and-tear repair & replacement, whether it's small like replacing a knob or big like replacing the radio. What's not covered - a lost radio or radios that have clearly suffered physical damage like burning, submersion in water, being crushed, etc.
How does the new radio every 3 years work?
Users on the $399/yr no-commitment plan will automatically receive a new radio when they pay their annual bill at the start of year 4.
Users on the 3-year $299/yr plan have a choice in year 4 - continue to pay $299/yr with no commitment or start a new 3-year agreement and get a brand new radio.
