Adding First-Response Tones in the Admin Portal
- Click ‘Alerts’ on the left side
- Click ‘Sources’
- Click ‘Add Tone’ in the top right corner
- Select your organization
- Type out what you want to name this new tone
- Select ‘First Response Tone’
- Click the green ‘Save’ button
Add Members to Tones
- Open the created tone
- Select the ‘Members’ tab
- Click ‘Add Users’
- Search the user that you would like to add to the tone
- Click on their name and make sure the green check mark appears beside their name
- Click ‘Submit’
Mobile User app
- Go to Settings page
- Click on ‘First Response Tones’
- Make sure that ‘Receive Incident Calls in DND’ and ‘Pager Alert’ are both checked on and green
- Scroll to your newly created User that you are a member of
- Make sure it is slid to on and shows green
