Things you can try before calling us if you want to try some troubleshooting on your own:

  • Lost cellular connection on your Radio Integration Kit?
    • If you have a newer model kit with an Ethernet port, try plugging your kit up to Ethernet. If you don't have an Ethernet supported kit and would like one, contact us and we will provide one free of charge. Plugging your kit up to Ethernet gives you redundancy with automatic failover.
    • Double check that your cellular antenna for your kit is still plugged in and in a reasonably good coverage area, preferably near a window. Concrete or metal walls greatly reduce cellular signal.
    • You can check for cellular outages in your area with Verizon or AT&T. Other US carriers don't offer public facing network status.
