Just forward your CAD Alerts to us from your existing CAD System - in any format - and we will convert them into an alert that goes to any mobile device you specify.

Your users will receive a text message with a clickable link and a summary of the CAD Alert. Clicking the link in the text message will display more details like the below.

Recordings are, by default kept for 30 days. This feature can be disabled entirely or can upgraded to retain recordings as long as 365 days. Once recordings expire, they are nonrecoverable.

The simple answer is that push-to-talk is used in  "seconds count" communication. So, if you need to add people or new users to the conversation,  from your own team or neighboring agencies who have arrived, you need the freedom to so quickly without having to call an 800 number, pull out a credit card, or worry about budget.

Encrypted Tango Tango push-to-talk helps keep your communications safe from eavesdroppers. Most two-way radio frequencies are scannable and can be listened to by third parties, which can create security & privacy concerns for your team.

Easy Interoperability

With Tango Tango, interoperability with nearby agencies is easy.

If the agency is already a Tango Tango agency, just invite them to an interop agreement. You can share your dispatch channel, they can share theirs, or you can communicate in off-radio app-only channels. Whatever works best for you.

If the agency you want to talk with is not a Tango Tango agency, just add their team members to your Tango Tango account. Your account has Unlimited Users, so you can add as many people as you want at any time, creating easy interoperability when the Seconds Count.

Backup Your Radios

Traditional two-way radios are fantastic tools, particularly for public safety. The fact that these systems work even when internet and cellular are down is the key feature for first responders, who are working the hardest when circumstances are worst.

However, two-way radio systems also rely on expensive, specialized parts, which are not easily acquired if they fail or are damaged. And, for many system owners, the expense of radio system components means that keeping spare system parts on-hand is sometimes not realistic.

Fill in Dead Spots

Even the best engineered, most expensive two-way radio networks have dead spots. Yours could be inside a school, in the shadow of a mountain, or in a rural area that the system wasn't designed to cover.

These dead spots slow down communication and create a safety issue for users. But, they are easy and inexpensive to fill in with Tango Tango.

If a radio user who has Tango Tango available moves into a dead spot, then the user can simply switch to his or her PTT app or LTE Radio to continue seamless communication with their two-way radio system. When they have left the dead spot, they can switch back to their traditional radio.

Off-Radio PTT

Tango Tango makes it easy to create new secure & encrypted push-to-talk talkgroups for sensitive communications like SWAT, Narcotics, Vice, and similar teams.

Just click the '+' button in the top right corner of the Channels screen, then click 'Create Channel' in the top right corner.

You can now create a new encrypted channel that is either:

Open - free to join by anyone in your organization

Private - only the users specifically added to the channel will be able to join.

Create New Talkgroups

Unlike traditional two-way radios, with Tango Tango, you can make new talkgroups and add users to those talkgroups at any time without your users needing to take an action or reprogram a radio.

In the Tango Tango app, just click the '+' button in the top corner, click 'Create Channel' and you can create a new talkgroup and add users to it "on the fly" - the perfect tool for emerging situations.
