Joining an existing Channel in the App
This guide covers how to join an Open Channel in your organization that already exists. Open Channels are channels that allow anyone in an organization to join.
- Click the + button in the top right corner of the ‘Channels’ screen
- Search the channel in your organization that you would like to join
- When the channel appears, click the green + button beside that channel
- You will be joined to this existing channel, and it will appear on your ‘Channels’ screen
