Do we need to change our CAD vendor?
No. If your CAD can send an email, we support it. We’ve onboarded customers on dozens of CAD systems with no vendor changes required.
Does First Response Tones replace our pagers?
It can. Many agencies run both during transition. Tones land on every phone, work in Do Not Disturb when Receive Incident Calls is enabled, and you can talk back on dispatch from the same app.
Is Raptor available for non-school customers?
The Raptor integration itself is school-focused since Raptor’s platform is. But the underlying mechanism — LLM-based email parsing — supports new alert systems on request. Talk to us about your specific platform.
How fast can we be up and running?
