Access Recordings & Messages

Select the ‘Live Console’ tab on the left side

Click on the specific channel that you want to review Messages or Recordings for

The middle of the screen will open up and display all previous messages and audio recordings

Admin have access to recordings and messages for 30 days

Admins have the ability to upgrade your Tango Tango plan to 365 days recording retention
Note: once recordings expire, they are deleted from our servers and not recoverable

Non-admin have access to recordings and messages for 24 hours
