Note: "Listen Only" is set on a per-channel basis. You cannot make an entire user account "Listen Only" but can set it on a per-channel basis.
Click on the ‘Channels’ tab on the left side
Select the channel that the user is a part of that you would like to make "Listen Only".
The user must already be added to the Channel to make them "Listen Only". If you haven't already added the User to a Channel, see the "Add a User to a Channel" guide.
Click on ‘Members’
Search for and select the user that you would like to make "Listen Only"
Click the microphone icon to the right side of the name
Once the microphone icon has turned red with a line through it, then that user will be ‘Listen only’ and cannot transmit on the Channel.
